Will I grow out of it?

Im 3 months away from turning 16, im 5'10 and 250 lbs. Will the fat go throughout my body evenly making me look thinner if I get taller? I have chubby inner thighs, back, love handles, belly, smallish man boobs, and somewhat chubby face. Ive been told I look like the muscular kind of chubby but I think otherwise. I think all the girls ive asked out rejected me cuz im fat, I wanna lose weight but I cant. If I had my drivers license that would be totally different
