Your friend is a dick. He likely attached the Everstones to the crappy pokemon to **** with you. Remove the everstones, get rid of Luvdisc, get rid of Ducklett, I could see a lot of improvements, just start catching some good pokemon and don't talk with your friend anymore. Or start over your game and don't trade with anyone.
