I am am 6ft, 3 inches tall, i weigh 221lbs. My goal is to loose 40lbs, it is said that fat burns evenly but i don't get fat evenly, my hips and butt are way fatter than the rest of me, so how do i get things even out. i also want to build muscles, what foods do i eat, how often do i exercise, what vitamins, protein etc i need
