How to word this situation in my story?
You really have to say it how it is. Instead of finding a word for the situation, just describe the abuse in as much detail as you can. I personally didn't make the association that you may expect readers to make, especially in the type of situation you are describing. I think that the reader will understand that the girl is being abused for her rebellion. The best way (and perhaps the most intriguing way for the reader) to describe the scene is to tell all the details. You can make it as violent or as innocent as you want--it's you're story, and you decide the wording.
