My mom acts immature and embarrassing?

When my mom is in a bad mood,or rush she makes sure everybody else knows it,and its embarrassing.For example,someone at gamestop had gave someone else with our last name something she had paid 15$ for,which I understand is something to be angry about.But when she tries to work it out she purposely yells and scream at the employees even thought it wasnt them (well not the exact person who messed up) and storms out yelling my name.On top of that she flails her flabby arms around when she does her "angry" walk and says dumb things.What should I do,or she do?
