Can't find this game-?

you play a guy that has his arms flailing around and it has a cool song in the background and you catch falling pills and when you catch enough the guy hallucinates and the background sky starts going nuts and all the objects like trees and the stop sign get smiley faces and sway around. I can't seem to find it anywhere! I forgot the name.
