The officer has photos that prove you DID move your car before taking your photos. You are not the first, or even the 1000th person to try this argument. The fact the chalk mark the officer make on your tires and the road don't line up in your picture means your photos alone prove HIS story.

Does anyone have any examples or pictures of hair that is darker on the bottom but lighter on the top ?

I want to get my hair done where there is like a darker brown or auburn color on the lower layers of my hair and then I have my regular dark blonde hair on top layers of my hair but you can still see a little of the brown in the top layers so the colors flow evenly?? Is there a name for this type of technique? Im also thinking of getting a few highlights to for dimension. If anyone can find pics/examples of this or tell me what its called that would be great :) thanks

Not very well. To tone your arms, you need to do targeted movements. Good arm exercises include push ups, triceps kickbacks, triceps extensions, lateral raises, and different curls. If you don't have weights, then soup cans and bottles will work or you can get an exercise band.

How long does it take for a #3 buzz to grow back out?

Wow no man haha i get buzz cutts every few weeks and i have got a buzz cutt and tried letting it grow all the way to long hair so i can spike it ive done this many times and it grows back very very fast trust me and no it grows back evenly! And it looks less pointy/spiky after a week or two because it will grow longer and flatten down a bit
